Hi, my name is Jenn Clauss, and I’m a digital marketing specialist with a passion for all things email: analysis, design, development, execution, and strategy.

I began my career in email marketing by chance in 2013, when I was given ownership of a content marketing email campaign at my first full-time job out of college as a marketing specialist. I did all of the copywriting, design, and execution for three and a half years, and I fell in love with email along the way. Eventually, I was promoted to email marketing specialist and developed responsive ecommerce emails, maintained my own database, executed campaigns, and provided reporting for the marketing team. I was a one-woman email machine! It was while doing this work and discovering the amazing Email Geeks community on Twitter and Slack that I realized that email marketing is my passion and the direction I want for my career.

I live in Phoenix, Arizona with my husband, Alex Clauss, our daughter, and our three dogs. When I’m not coding, marketing, or reading about one of the two, I enjoy horseback riding, sewing, and playing video games.
